2011 Circle of Excellence Award

September 30, 2011 – (Hastings,  MN) – Anderson Performance Improvement Company (APIC), the leader in behavior-based incentive and recognition programs, and their client Travel Tags, Inc. was recently honored with the Circle of Excellence Award from the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA).

Each year, the IMA recognizes outstanding incentive and recognition programs used as business tools. IMA honors organizations that effectively design and implement incentive programs to motivate their employees. The Circle of Excellence Award is based on a broad range of criteria including scope of the program, creativity, and most importantly, results.

The IMA will present the 2011 Circle of Excellence Awards on October 5, 2011 at The Motivation Show - recognizing the five best-in-class companies for creative and successful programs, as well as the marketing incentive partners that worked with them on the campaigns.

Anderson Performance Improvement and Travel Tags, Inc. are being recognized for their organizational-wide rewards and recognition program. The rewards and recognition program was designed to give employees at all levels of the company the opportunity to recognize each other for their contributions. The Travel Tags program is an exceptional example of how a recognition program can be used as an effective business tool to meet specific corporate objectives.

“Anderson Performance and Travel Tags alike are honored to receive the Circle of Excellence Award,” said Louise Anderson, APIC President and CEO. “Not only is this program award-winning, it has made a huge impact on the culture of Travel Tags, Inc.”

This is Anderson Performance’s fourth time receiving the Circle of Excellence Award. These awards are a clear indication of Anderson Performance Improvement’s team members’ ongoing commitment to creating award-winning employee incentive programs.
