APIC Selected as 2009 “Bakers Dozen” for Fourth Straight Year

Hastings, MN (September 27, 2009) – Anderson Performance Improvement Company (APIC), the leader in behavior-based incentive and recognition programs, was named as one of the top providers of employee recognition programs in HRO Today Magazine’s “The Baker’s Dozen” for the fourth straight year. HRO Today’s September 2009 issue will feature “The Baker’s Dozen” article.

HRO Today’s annual look at the employee recognition market explores market trends, analyzes case studies, and ranks the top-performing employee recognition and incentives service providers. The rankings are based on actual customer feedback collected through an online survey of more than 300 active recognition customers.

An overall index was compiled using data ranging from quality of service, scope of service, and size of business relationships to determine the top companies. HRO Today states the following as APIC’s most important client metrics: profit increase and revenue growth for the client, wellness financial impact, productivity, product sales, employee and customer satisfaction, first-pass resolution, product referrals, and safety / lost time prevention.

“It is such an honor to be selected as one of the best of the best in the incentive market place, as well as being recognized for the fourth straight year! We are excited and proud to provide our clients with strategic and innovative solutions that accelerate their progress into the future,” states Louise Anderson, CEO and President of APIC.
