Anderson Performance Receives Circle of Excellence Award  



Hastings, MN (September 14, 2009) - Anderson Performance Improvement Company (APIC) the leader in behavior-based incentive and recognition programs, and their client Scottrade was recently honored with the Circle of Excellence Award from the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA).

The Incentive Marketing Association recognizes the Best in Class incentive and recognition programs and honors the companies and their partners. The Circle of Excellence Award is based on a number of criteria including overall success, program originality, and communication.

Anderson Performance and Scottrade are being recognized for its Above & Beyond Program. Above & Beyond was designed to give Associates at all levels in the firm - from intern to executive - the opportunity to earn awards and to recognize their fellow Associates. The program’s clever theme reinforced the concept of rewarding and recognizing individuals for going “above and beyond” what is expected.

The Above & Beyond Program was implemented in 2007 and continues today. The program’s main focus is to reward employees for their outstanding work in several areas including outstanding customer service, consistent superior quality of work, exceptional teamwork, exemplifying the firm’s core values, initiative, innovation, and taking responsibility of individual learning.

This is Anderson Performance’s second time receiving the Circle of Excellence Award. In 2005, Louise Anderson and Anderson Performance received the Circle of Excellence award for their own employee incentive program called “Leveraging Excellence.” These awards are a clear indication of Anderson Performance’s ongoing commitment to creating award-winning employee incentive programs.
