Circle of Excellence Award 



Hastings, MN (October 12, 2005) Anderson Performance Improvement Company (APIC) is pleased to announce its latest honor, the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award, awarded by the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) in recognition of APIC’s own employee incentive program, “Leveraging Excellence.”

APIC President, Louise Anderson, received the award at the IMA’s annual awards luncheon in Chicago. Anderson said, "It is a tremendous honor to be selected for the Circle of Excellence Award. We know we have a terrific employee recognition program, and we are excited to share how it works with others."

The IMA’s annual Circle of Excellence Award recognizes those companies whose incentive programs most successfully motivate their customers and employees. Anderson Performance Improvement earned the top award for the best Employee Recognition entry. “Leveraging Excellence” was judged by a panel of incentive marketing and promotion experts, and selected for its overall success in accomplishing its objectives, originality and creativity, communication tactics, and for meeting other challenging criteria.
