Consistent Superior Quality and Quantity of Work
  • Exceptional Teamwork
  • Innovative Ideas
Commitment to a Safe Work Environment

Communications & Training
Launch communication plan consisted of “teasing” the managers of the upcoming recognition program. This simple strategy created the appropriate buzz and corporate-wide excitement. All managers were trained at various managers’ meetings discussing roles and responsibilities of the recognition program and how to recognize others.

Managers announced the details of the program, followed by smaller, intimate team launch meetings.  Each recipient received a Scratch-and-Win Card to redeem at their initial login to the platform.

A multi-page, full-color print piece containing the corporate values produced in six languages was distributed to all associates. This simple, but powerful piece made it very clear the importance of the corporate values.

Custom drinking glasses, produced with lenticular technology promoting the program graphics, were distributed to all participants. This communication element served as a constant reminder at home and work of the incredible recognition for demonstrating the corporate values.

Smart Features
Web Platform: Everything necessary to participate in recognizing each other was available online. The program used a point-based reward system redeemable for high-quality merchandise.

Associates could take quizzes, send E-Cards, nominate individuals, and redeem Scratch-and-Win cards.

Learn & Earn: Associates earned Points for passing quizzes on product features, service skills, and company information.

On-the-Spot: Managers and associates had Scratch-and-Win cards to recognize fellow employees for exhibiting desired behaviors. These tools are easy to use and add an element of excitement to the program.

Peer-to-Peer E-Cards: Associates had the opportunity to recognize their peers using e-Cards, electronic greeting cards for demonstrating key attributes. Recipients received Points for the recognition.
