The online incentive system AEIS® (Anderson Enterprise Incentive Solution®) platform is designed to manage incentive programs where participants are in an indirect distribution channel. The Sales Verification module includes complete functionality with a registration process and claims entry/verification process developed to your specifications.
Registered participants submit sales information within the Sales Verification Entry portion of the website. This information may include quantity, model/SKU, serial number, invoice number, customer name and sale price, among others. Participants are then informed of any additional requirements they must complete for the claim to be verified and points deposited in their account (ex: copies of invoices indicating proof of sale, etc.). Upon receipt and verification of this information, Awards Headquarters or a Client Administrator can officially verify the claim and award points.
