Our Service Awards programs makes it easy for your company to reward an employee’s years of service by automatically tracking them from your payroll database and notifying management a week before their anniversary with the company. The manager then has the opportunity to send a message thanking the employee for their loyalty to the company and rewarding them with Points via the E-Card tool. The employee’s service is not only acknowledged and appreciated it is also rewarded in a tangible form allowing the employee to choose what they want as their anniversary award from hundreds of items.
